Delivery Details & Returns

Deliveries

All orders carry a standard delivery charge of £2.99 and delivered within 2 days. Note that this is the total delivery charge, so the more items you buy, the cheaper it will be overall per item.

If you would like your order sent on a guaranteed next day option, we are soon to offer this at £4.99 (for most UK mainland customers). This will mean that your order is guaranteed to be delivered the next day if you order before 3pm. Additionally, you will get notified on the delivery day of a 1 hour time slot when you will receive delivery.

Customers in the Republic of Ireland, N.Ireland, Scottish Islands, Isle of Man, Scilly Isles and Isle of Wight will be charged £9.99 and delivered within 3 days (this is just how the courier works and cannot be speeded up).

All our delivery options represent exceptional value for money and we are proud to offer such a speedy service to enhance our customer shopping experience. Full tracking details will be emailed upon dispatch of your order. Alternatively, you can login to your Supplements2u account (if you registered upon checkout or before), click on the ‘My Orders’ section, click the order to view, then navigate to the ‘deliveries’ section where the tracking info is located. If you haven’t registered you can simply call or email us, we are more than happy to speak with you.

If your parcel hasn't arrived within the specified time, please allow an extra 2 working days to arrive (in case of any delays), however if it still hasn't arrive within this time then follow the procedure below:

  1. E-mail/call/use live chat (contact us) with the date you placed the order, order number and full delivery address.
  2. We will track your order and see what has happened which can take up to 2 working days as we may have to wait on call backs from the courier company.
  3. We will then contact you once we know what has went wrong and arrange a replacement if necessary.

Leaving Items in a Safe Place
If you would like us to write a note on your item to leave the parcel in a safe place then this can be done, just get in touch with us asap. Please be aware that this is entirely at your own risk and neither Supplements2u nor the courier company can be held responsible for any problems that may arise from doing so.

 

Returns & Replacements

We pride ourselves on providing the best possible service and as such we want our customers to have the best overall shopping experience with us. Any products that are faulty we can exchange if you would like for a new one or offer you a full refund if preferred. We ask that items are returned within 7 working days via a recorded delivery method to ensure it gets here safely. In all circumstance, contact us prior to sending a return. All items that are being returned must be in their original unopened sealed packaging. Note that if you’ve opened it and simply don’t like it, we cannot accept that as a return as it is therefore not in a saleable condition.

For any returns we require that you contact us prior to sending so that we can advise on the correct procedure.

Under the distance selling regulations, you have 28 days to return an item and it must be in a re-saleable condition.

Upon returning an item, we advise to send via a recorded delivery service, as this will ensure that if it is lost in transit, a claim can be made. Please note that it is your responsibility to ensure that the item gets to us and we cannot be held responsible for lost items.
