Shipping & Delivery

All orders carry a standard delivery charge of £2.99 and delivered within 2 days. Note that this is the total delivery charge, so the more items you buy, the cheaper it will be overall per item.

Customers in the Republic of Ireland, N.Ireland, Scottish Islands, Isle of Man, Scilly Isles and Isle of Wight will be charged £9.99 and delivered within 3 days (this is just how the courier works and cannot be speeded up).

If your parcel hasn't arrived within the specified time, please allow an extra 2 working days to arrive (in case of any delays), however if it still hasn't arrive within this time then follow the procedure below:

  • E-mail/call/use live chat (contact us) with the date you placed the order, order number and full delivery address.
  • We will track your order and see what has happened which can take up to 2 working days as we may have to wait on call backs from the courier company.
  • We will then contact you once we know what has went wrong and arrange a replacement if necessary.

Leaving Items in a Safe Place
If you would like us to write a note on your item to leave the parcel in a safe place then this can be done, just get in touch with us asap. Please be aware that this is entirely at your own risk and neither Supplements2u or the courier company can be held responsible for any problems that may arise from doing so.

Privacy & Security

The following privacy policy explains how Supplements2u uses and protects all information that you give to us whilst using this website.

Due to only accepting payments via PayPal the transaction occurs through a secure connection, before being redirected back to Supplements2u.

Supplements2u make your privacy a priority and do not divulge information to third parties.

We may change this policy in the future which will be updated on this page. Therefore, we advise that you check this page before placing repeat orders.

An example of the information that we collect would be how you arrived to the Supplements2u website, via a Google search or an advert.

Information that we may collect
Upon placing an order, your:

  • title
  • full name
  • email address
  • postal address
  • date of birth

We gather certain information in order to improve our service with regards to internal records and for promotional emails such as new products, special offers and other information which we think will be of interest. Note that these emails have an opt-out link if you do not want to receive such promotions.

Security
Supplements2u do our utmost to ensure that your information is secure. We have put measures in place to restrict access to information that we collect.

Links to other websites
The Supplements2u website may contain links to other websites which may be of interest but please note that once you leave our site, we have no control over the linked website. Thus, privacy protection which you provide whilst visiting these sites are not covered by this privacy policy.

Other
Under the Data Protection Act 1998 you can request details of personal information that we hold about you.

If you think that we are holding information that is incorrect or incomplete about yourself, then simply write or email us using the contact page so we can update this immediately.

Returns & Replacements

For any returns we require that you contact us prior to sending so that we can advise on the correct procedure. The returned item must be in the original condition in which it was sent, with all seals intact, in original, un-opened packaging.

Under the distance selling regulations, you have 28 days to return an item and it must be in a re-saleable condition.

Upon returning an item, we advise to send via a recorded delivery service, as this will ensure that if it is lost in transit, a claim can be made. Please note that it is your responsibility to ensure that the item gets to us and we cannot be held responsible for lost items.

Ordering
We aim for all orders placed before 3pm to be dispatched the same day and due for delivery the very next day! Bear in mind that this is only the case for normal business days (i.e. excluding weekends, bank holidays etc).
Payment
Payments are made via PayPal which can be used if you have an account and even if you don't, simply use your card as normal.
Viewing Orders
All previous orders can be viewed by logging into your account if you created one. Unfortunately, if you did not create an account this information will not be available to you.
