As it's name suggests Pure Whey is NXT's pure whey protein formula. We have combined a blend of hydrolized whey, whey isolate and whey concentrate designed to give you an immediate supply of high quality amino acids.
We have further enriched Pure Whey with Glutamine, BCAA's and Digestive Enzymes.
Glutamine is the most abundant amino acid found in skeletal muscle. Glutamine gets depleted during times of intense exercise and becomes conditionally essential. High levels of Glutamine are essential for muscle health and recovery.
Branched Chain Amino Acids are considered to be the most important amino acids for athletes. We have fortified NXT Nutrition Pure Whey with BCAAs to ensure that there is a sufficient pool of these vital amino acids.
In order to maximize absorption we have added digestive enzymes to NXT Nutrition Pure Whey.
NXT Nutrition Pure Whey Recommended Use
- Add 30g (1 heaped scoop) to 150ml of water or milk and shake well.
- As a protein supplement take 1-3 servings split throughout the day.
- On training days take 1 serving before and 1 serving directly after exercise.
